Hello, my name is pascal bazile and today we will be discussing in my eyes the movie with the best horror movie atmosphere with the best horror movie sequel, the best horror movie antagonist the greatest horror movie ever made alien. The alien movie is a timeless masterpiece of cinema that should never be forgotten by time it has everything that a good horror move has that makes it work and after my re-watch it has shown its quality again. Both this movie and my pitch are horror movies both horror movie shares the same element of suspense, a dark mysterious atmosphere, and a good setting or well things that I am trying to show in my pitch movie.  This movie has the best elements a horror movie could have and in the end is perfectly wrapped up and even had a fantastic sequel well one fantastic sequel but let’s forget the other ones exist for a moment. The movie does not have creative kills hell a lot of them are of screen but in the end, I cared about the characters to the point that I felt something when the characters die, I felt sad. That element brings me into the good writing we see these characters interact as well as the time they share with each other and then to see all those horrible events that happen to them it’s very good. Then that brings into what makes the characters suffer a monster that I was afraid of as a child and that I now see as fantastic the xenomorph. The xenomorph is the perfect horror movie antagonist for the alien movie a dark tall opposing presence that is always there watching, it grows and evolves into this massive beast that kills everyone we cared about. We see the facehuger we see them carrying the xenomorph eggs tied to the face of the victim Kane a perfect carrier for the eggs and the perfect thing to use to anticipate the full alien form because of their good unnatural looks. They are small colored like a human and have legs that look like hands giving a constricting felling especially with the long tail that is used to hang onto the neck of its first victim.  It then gets off of his face after not letting it go even giving it a much more mysterious edge as to what happened to the first victim but in the end, he is fine well as fine as you could be after that.  But it gives the audience a sense of suspense because of those questions building up in the mind of the audience eventually stopping when everything looks alright but still giving the film a sense of tension.  We don’t think about the face huger while everything goes on normally with all the characters spending their time eating that we gain a false sense of security so giving us the best scene in the movie. The chestburster scene was fantastic hell the director didn’t tell the actors what was going to happen to get the most authentic scare out of them they knew something would happen, but they never expected that. Scenes like this work with the chestburster working out of the chest trying to burst out everyone watching the movie is surprised because they were filled with suspense about what was going to happen to Kane and the rest. All the characters might not be super smart scientist but then again, they were just normal people who had their world upside down dealing with this hard to kill presence that just came into their relatively short lives to cause trouble. The movie had a dark atmosphere we might not see a lot of graphic deaths but thanks to the dark lighting, the claustrophobic atmosphere the movie has, and the setting being space a vast area where we know nothing is perfect for the film. They have no easy way to escape the alien they cant just go outside a leave the area they are left to their own devices and that is just perfect horror in my eyes making is the audience scared for the characters is the best thing a movie can do. Then we have the protagonist she was a scared victim but in the end was competent to escape the alien and, in the end, got away and not to mention how amazing she was during aliens when she fought back just forget alien 3. This movie has no horror movie element that I dislike it is perfect so good that the move is inside the library of congress that is how fantastic and influential the movie was. And the end I have one thing to say to everyone reading well more two watch the original alien as well as aliens do not watch the other sequels as well as to have a great day and to do well in your future endeavors.
